Multi-Analogy Innovation Design Based on Digital Twin

Analogy-based design is an effective approach for innovative design. However, existing research on analogy mainly focuses methods to form schemes, without considering feasibility or practicality in applications. This proposes a multi-analogy innovation (M-AID) model based both design-centric complexity (DCC) and solution of inventive problems (TRIZ). To improve practicality, digital twin (DT) introduced apply real information, manufacturing production data, maintenance information the process. The method includes six steps: (1) analyze target product users market requirements synthesize general function requirements; (2) acquire source using knowledge base patent base; (3) call resources obtain data design; (4) reduce system after fusion DCC theory; (5) use TRIZ solve conflicts; (6) evaluate solutions according requirements. current proposed enhances scheme reduces number iterations from conceptual final process, thus improving efficiency applicability currently demonstrated through exemplification dust removal solar panel.
